What’s included with my registration?

As a franchisee, your registration includes a complimentary subscription to Multi-Unit Franchisee Magazine and the Multi-Unit Franchisee Report. As a franchisor, supplier or area developer, your registration includes a complimentary subscription to Franchise Update Magazine. 

Do you offer day passes or partial passes?

No. We do not offer day passes or partial passes for this conference.

Do I need a specific email address to register?

Yes. All attendees must register using an email address directly associated with the company they are representing.

Can I transfer my registration to someone else?

Yes. Substitutions from your organization are allowed up to 2 business days before the event. On-site substitutions will not be accepted. To request a substitution, please email mufcconference@fumgmail.com with the name, company, and email address of the new attendee.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to mufcconference@fumgmail.com by February 23, 2026 at 5:00 PM PST.
A $100 processing fee per attendee will apply, and the remaining registration fee will be refunded. No refunds or credits will be issued after February 23, 2026, at 5:00 PM PST.

Can Franchise Update Media deny or cancel a registration?

Yes. Franchise Update Media reserves the right to cancel any registration or deny entry to individuals who do not comply with event policies. Please note that FUM does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or national origin.

I’m a sponsor or exhibitor—how do I register?

If your company is a confirmed sponsor or exhibitor, you’ll receive a unique registration link and instructions. Please do not register until you receive those details.
