To register as a franchisee, you must operate at least one location and have a development agreement for additional locations.
If you work for a franchisor or supplier and have franchised locations, you must register as a franchisor or supplier. Exception: If you have franchised locations of another concept, you may register as a franchisee under that brand, as long as you meet the requirement of owning at least one location.
If you are an Area Developer/Representative who owns and operates at least one franchised location, you may register as a franchisee, provided it’s a different brand than the one you represent as an AD.
Area Developers/Representatives who sell and service franchises, without owning a franchise, must register as an Area Developer/Representative. If you own a franchise of the brand you represent as an AD, you must register as an Area Developer. However, if you are a franchisee of multiple brands and also function as an Area Developer for one of them, you have the option to register as a franchisee specifically under the brand where you own a location.
If you work for a franchisor or supplier with franchised locations, you must register as a franchisor or supplier. All company representative registrants must work for a corporate brand or be a supplier.
Third-party consultants can only attend as suppliers and must pay the appropriate supplier rate.
Companies providing products and services, including real estate, finance, investment banks, development and law firms, are considered supplier attendees and must register accordingly.
Sponsoring/exhibiting company representatives must be salaried employees with the same company name on their badge as the one they represent. A unique link will be provided for confirmed sponsors/exhibitors to register.
