IMPORTANT DUE DATES

In order for you to receive your sponsor benefits, you must adhere to the following deadlines. The dates below are drop dead dates. We strongly recommend that you submit your logo, directory listing, register for conference, and book your room immediately.

1/29/10: Company Logo (high resolution JPG or EPS) and 50-Word Description
2/1/10: Conference Guidebook Ad (if applicable)
2/26/10: Conference Registration (required for all sponsor attendees)
2/26/10: General Session Video Presentation (Platinum and Gold sponsors)
3/1/10: Hotel room block expires

  • Directory listing in conference guidebook and Multi-Unit Franchisee Magazine. You must submit your sponsor directory and logo by 1/29/10 to be included in Multi-Unit Franchisee Magazine’s special showcase Quarter 2 issue.
  • Presence in the conference print ads, press releases, logo loop, website, email blasts, and signage
  • Conference attendee mailing lists (emailed pre- and post-event)

A pre-conference attendee list will be emailed to you 3 weeks before the conference. A final list will be emailed to you one week post conference.
