Refund and Substitution Policy:
Please provide cancellations to Franchise Update Media Group in writing
by February 22, 2010. Your registration fee will be refunded, less a $100
processing fee. After February 22, 2010, no refunds or credits will be
issued. Substitutions may be made at any time.
