Dear Multi-Unit Franchisees and Franchise Insiders;

Over the years, I built a company with over eighty multiple branded franchise restaurants, including hamburgers, ice cream, chicken, pizza and full service restaurants.  Many lessons were learned through the good and bad times over the last twenty years and don’t I wish I knew then what I know now.  I would have grown a lot smarter had I spend quality time with experienced multi-unit operators and franchise industry leaders in those early years.

Like you, I attend many conferences and meetings throughout the year. With all the events and seminars, many times I wish I had more time for just catching up and visiting with other multi-unit franchisees and franchising leaders about current issues in our industry.
